Dave Hunchik
Dave Hunchik is an American landscape designer based in Dallas, Texas. He is a co-founder and principal of Original Landscape Concepts, a luxury residential landscape design-build firm serving the greater Dallas area and North Texas. Hunchik co-founded the company in 2008 with partner Mike Dickerson, bringing extensive experience in Dallas-area residential landscape design and construction to the enterprise. Together, Dickerson and Hunchik bring more than 50 years of combined professional experience in landscape design to the firm.

Hunchik has spent his professional career in the Dallas residential landscape industry, developing expertise across the range of services that Original Landscape Concepts offers: landscape design and build, custom pool design, outdoor living environments, hardscape construction, garden design, and estate master planning for luxury residential clients across North Texas.
As a founding principal of Original Landscape Concepts, Hunchik has contributed to the firm's positioning in the Dallas luxury landscape market and to the development of its in-house crew and trade network.
